Member of the Board of Directors of various non-listed companies in Switzerland and member of different foundation boards. President of the foundation Davos Festival from 2006 until 2011.

Member of the Board of Directors of Walter Meier Ltd, CH-Schwerzenbach (Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of Audit Committee; one mandate at a publicly listed company). Member of the Board of Directors of KORAS AG (Blaser Swisslube AG), CH-Hasle-Rüegsau and member of the Board of Directors of various non-listed companies in Switzerland and member of different foundation boards (in total four remunerated mandates with non-listed companies and three non-remunerated mandates). No significant official functions or political offices.
